🔁 Refund & Return Policy

At Chatai24, we value your satisfaction and want you to love what you order. Since we partner with Printful to fulfill all products, our return and refund process follows Printful’s guidelines.
Please read the details below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work on our store.
📦 Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, we’ve got you covered!
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Send an email to admin@chatai24.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
- We’ll coordinate with Printful to issue a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
🚫 No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
All items are made-to-order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind after the order
- Disliking the product once it arrives (unless it’s damaged or defective)
To avoid sizing issues, please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
🔄 Wrong Address
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The shipment may be returned to the sender.
- You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
If the package gets lost due to an incorrect address, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
📦 Lost or Untracked Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue and work with Printful to find a resolution.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
- Your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error
- Your order is lost in transit and cannot be replaced
- A production issue prevents fulfillment
Once your refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
